Product Overview
The Virgo Plus CD STUD 2500 is a Capacitor Discharge DC Stud Welder that is small in size and light in weight — easy to carry and move. The machine charges capacitors and releases the stored electrical energy almost instantaneously through the stud. The stud has a small tip/projection that vaporizes/melts during discharge, allowing the stud to fuse to the base material. Good welding quality and adaptability allows it to replace riveting, drilling, manual ARC welding, resistance welding and fiber welding. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and other metal thin plates. Applied widely in hardware, electrical appliances, chemical equipment and other industries.
