- Up to 2 year warranty on all welding machines from date of purchase.
- Warranty only covered if machine serial number matches with the serial number on the purchase invoice.
- NO WARRANTY on Wear Parts such as input cables, Cabinets, Wheels, Knobs, Output Terminals, Accessories like torches, regulator, interconnecting cable, welding holder, earth clamp, gear boxes, CNC mechanical parts etc.
- Electronic parts only covered under warranty.
- Covers manufacturing defects and component failures.
- Free service at authorized service centers.
- Replacement of defective parts covered under warranty.
- On-site service provided only for 3-phase industrial welding machine models.
- WARRANTY IS VOID if any machine is physically damaged or tampered with during the warranty period.

What is the warranty on Virgo Plus machines?
All Virgo Plus welding machines come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Only ARC 200I, ARC 250D, ARC 315D, ARC 400GT and WaterProof models have an additional 1 year warranty i.e. 24 months warranty in total. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered under warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes, we maintain adequate stock of genuine spare parts centrally in Mumbai.
How do I become a dealer?
