Virgo Plus SAW 1200IJ adopts advanced IGBT contra variant technology. The arc current can be adjusted continuously, the welding stability and weld forming is beautiful — capable of welding carbon steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel and composite steel plate. The ARC starting mode of SAW is compatible with scratching and drawing with a high success rate. The reverse frequency is 20 KHz — light weight, small volume, easy to move. A two-wheel drive flexible wire ensures steady and reliable delivery. With null arc pressure compensation and null current output, the arc stabilization and welding quality are superior. Adopting soft switch technique and advanced control, which can preset welding parameters for shipbuilding, boiler, chemical process vessel, bridge, and metallurgy manufacturing.
