The Virgo Plus TIG 630IJ is a heavy-duty DC TIG/MMA welder built around a high-grade IGBT module core device and a nano-microcrystalline magnetic ring transformer. Designed for medium and heavy fabrication environments, this machine delivers excellent arcing with stable arc performance, capable of starting at as low as 10A, making it suitable for tube mills, pipes, high pressure vessels, and structural construction projects. With ARC FORCE and HOT START function for arc stability, independently adjustable upslope and downslope, 2T/4T working mode, VRD provision and remote control function to adjust weld parameters, the TIG 630IJ offers exceptional control and flexibility to significantly reduce downtime and rework on demanding production jobs.
