Product Overview

Virgo Plus has engineered the MIG 500HDIJ as a heavy-duty industrial MIG/MAG/MMA welder with advanced IGBT soft-switch inverter technology for high working frequency, high efficiency and energy saving. With good protection against under voltage, over voltage and over current, it makes the machine safe and reliable. Exact digital current/voltage preset ensures easy and precise operation at all times. This machine operates on 3-phase AC415V input with a 100% rated duty cycle and 500A output — purpose-built for the most demanding continuous industrial welding. Its 4-roll wire feeder drive eliminates any chance of slippage with applicable wire up to 1.6mm, while the arc ending working mode significantly reduces operator fatigue. High voltage and slow feeding arc striking removes tip ball at arc ending and prevents exploding wire. With humane design and tri-proof construction, the machine ensures stable and reliable performance under all adverse conditions.
